Sorry, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or a reshipment after orders are sent out for delivery and tracking shows that your order has been delivered. You must submit a new order, if you still wish to receive your products.

No, we only ship within Canada and the US.
Canada
We charge $30 per order to ship Canada-wide. All orders over $200 will receive free shipping. Orders eligible for free shipping are flat-rate packages for shipping. Tracking codes will be provided with all orders.
USA
We charge $50 to ship orders to the US.
We generally send orders made by 2pm(PST) out same day. Orders made after 2pm will be sent on the next business day.
We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost. Typically this means 2-3 business days for Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) and major cities (Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa etc.). Expect 3-5 business days for other locations.
**Please keep in mind there could be delays at busy times or due to circumstances out of our control ie: Covid, strikes.
All products are carefully packaged in smell-proof containers. We post in unmarked boxes or envelopes with no indication of contents.
No, we can not make any specific requests to Canada Post. Your items will arrive just like any other packages or mail. Please ensure that the mail person has access to your mailbox.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If you live in a building you must provide your unit number.
If you do not provide the full address, we will not be able to assist you with a lost or returned package.
As Canada Post doesn’t guarantee delivery times, we can’t be certain your items will arrive within the typical estimated arrival times. Please be patient as sometimes there are delays. If you believe your package is missing please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
